I envision a school where global education is more than a program, it’s a mindset. As Head of Global Education, I will promote inclusive conversations, cultural celebrations, and meaningful engagement with international issues. I will lead with curiosity, empathy, and collaboration encouraging every student to explore the world, share their voice, and connect across cultures. Through partnerships, events, and mentorship, I aim to make global opportunities more accessible and inspire a generation of changemakers who think globally and act locally. Co-Head of Girl Up, Co-Head of Around the World in a Bite, Upper School Ambassador, Model UN delegate, participant in DECA and Diversity Council, Peer Tutor, Round Square events, Student-Led Assembly Presenter, member of Senior Girls Soccer, Junior Girls Volleyball, and Senior Track teams. Member on on a Rep Volleyball team in Pickering; volunteered with Pickering Public Library reading program; participated in community beach clean-ups; helped coach youth soccer camps during summers; attended weekly art classes at the Pickering Recreation Complex. President of Art-s Creative Design (self-owned art business), Volunteer Team Lead at Centennial Hospital, Youth Art Instructor at Pickering community center, Social Media Manager for Virdi Woodworking and WRK Wellness Solutions, Co-Head of Girl Up, Co-Head of Around the World in a Bite Assisted with U11–13 Girls Soccer and U7–8 Volleyball at BVG, volunteered at Pickering Public Library youth programs, supported seniors at a local retirement home in Pickering, led art workshops at a community center, and participated in food drives and holiday donation campaigns.
