I am running for Co-Creative head so I can provide our talented student body with more opportunities to showcase their creativity and express themselves to the fullest. I plan to build on existing spaces like Coffee House while also making space for new initiatives and events that enable students to share their talents, such as submitting art for showcase in the school or on the feed/social media and hosting student-led shows, galleries and workshops. From visual arts and music to design and acting, I want to give a platform to art forms that people often discount to better include and accommodate for creatives in our community who may feel that they lack a space to share their work. Since grade 9 I have been a member of the BVG DECA Chapter, regularly attending events and regional conferences, having reached the provincial level. My participation in school groups and teams also extend to sports as a member of the grade 10 track and Field team and the grade 11 soccer team. I've taken a hand in many different creative projects over the years, from teaching myself 3D animation & music production to learning to sew and starting my own clothing brand, I love discovering new ways to express myself and make new things. Outside of the arts, I have been training boxing since grade 9 and have recently picked up Jiu Jitsu.

- Social media coordinator
I have lots of experience volunteering, having worked as a summer camp counselor and as a social media coordinator at a dealership. I love to help others, having collaborated with my family in Iran to collect donations to aid their community. Overall, my experiences have shaped me to be a better, more collaborative role model. 1st place winner of the UofT SRHacks design contest, having competed and connected with hundreds of students across Toronto to develop concepts and designs to better the community.
