As Secretary, my vision is to bring a strong connection between the SEC and the students by promoting open communication and engagement. I want to make sure assemblies are not only informative but fun and interactive as well. While balancing my responsibilities as secretary, I will lead with genuineness, humour, and the promise that i will always do my best to ensure all voices are heard. I want to give back to the community by upholding the values by making sure our events reflect our student values while also engaging students making our community more connected. I have been involved in both junior and senior soccer teams as well as both junior and senior basketball teams. I have been on track team for all three years of high school. I have also been the symphonic band, jazz band, saxophone ensemble and wind ensemble. DECA and Robotics one year. Hockey for 2 years - grade 9-10 A. Worked for Light Matter Reacts. Research on breast cancer and how medical lasers can help reduce the invasiveness of the surgery. Shadowed Nurses while volunteering. This summer working on more medical research. Captain of the hockey team grade 10. I had a leadership role in the symphonic band in grade 10 being one of the older students. I have some sort of leadership role on the track team as I am one of the older students so I will run drills for them. In hospital volunteering for the Kensington Eye Institute. Volunteering at other school events and helping them with carnivals. Food bank help with making boxes and packaging food. Score keeping for Middle School hockey tournaments. Leadership and Performance award from the OBA Provincial Band Festival when I was in the symphonic band. Hockey MVP Grade 10 outside of Bayview Glen. 1st place Shot Put, third place Discus - Novice (Grade 9), fourth place discus (CISSA). 3x Heads Honor Roll.
