Seeing this community as a tapestry woven by different cultural backgrounds, I imagine BVG as a school where everyone works together to learn from each other and create amazing things; having lived in four different countries, I firmly believe in the positivity brought about by friendly interaction and collaboration - something we need more of at this day and age. The SEC should improve everyone's understanding of the world by mitigating disinformation and misunderstanding, partly through the transformative power of the arts.
